Sponsored is always labelled. Paid is never popular.

What sponsored content looks like

Where it can appear

• Featured listing (Discover)

A separate “From our sponsors” row on Discover.

• Search — sponsored result

At most one result above organic search results — only when relevant to what you searched.

• Featured event

A “Featured events” row at the top of Events.

• District sponsor

A “presented by” strip on a district page.

• Street sponsor

A “presented by” note beside a street on its district page.

• Landmark sponsor

A “presented by” strip beside Founders Row on the homepage.

Premium and landmark plots are paid plot tiers. They're marked with a brass edge or beacon and labelled on each headquarters — a better address, not a higher rank.

The rules we hold ourselves to

• Every paid placement carries a visible “Sponsored” label and links through a tracked redirect.
• Visits that arrive through a sponsored placement are counted separately and excluded from Most Visited, Trending, Rising, badges and the Spotlight.
• Sponsored search results only appear when the sponsor's keywords match your search. There's never more than one, and organic order is untouched.
• The Grid's editors review every booking before it runs. Editorial picks, like the District Spotlight, are never sold.
• No cannabis sales, pricing, ordering or delivery may be advertised.
